(Lokales Alphastimulationstraining im Sport: neurophysiologische Mechanismen und Nachtrainings-Aspekte)

The purpose of this paper was the studying of an opportunity to use the local alpha-stimulating training (LAST) for the training of athletes engaged in the Grecian-Roman wrestling, martial arts and the track and field athletics. The LAST was carried out at 132 athletes aged 16-24 years with various sports qualification - from masters of sports of the international class up to the athletes of II adult category. The used technique of the local alpha-stimulating training does the significant influence on to the psychophysiological condition of athletes. The increase of sports productivity is connected with those changes in the psychoemotional condition, that have taken place as the result of the neurobiomanagement use.
