Aktywnosc kwasnej fosfatazy, katepsyny D i arylosulfatazy w surowicy krwi zawodników sekcji podnoszenia ciezarów po treningu silowym

(Aktivität der Säurephospatase, von Kathepsin D und Arylsulfatase im Blutserum von Gewichthebern nach intensiviertem Training)

Materials and methods. We evaluated the influence of forced training on activity of acid phosphatase (ACP), arylsulphatase (ARS) and cathepsin D (CD) in blood serum of weightlifters. We examined 6 weightlifters after 4-hours forced training equal to training unit. Blood was taken from cubital vein before training and after an hour and 24 hours after the end of the training. Results. We observed statistically significant increase of ACP activity after an hour after the end of the training. After 24 hours after training this enzyme activity decreased statistically significantly. Non-significant tendency to increase was observed in CD activity after an hour after the end of the training. Cathepsin D activity increased from 22.1 to 25.1 x 10-2 nM x mg-1 protein x min-1. No changes in ARS activity were observed after an hour after the end of the forced training. Arylsulphatase activity was the same before and after the training and was equal to 5 x 10-3 x mg-1 x min-1. After 24 hours after the end of the training cathepsin D and arylsulphatase activities decreased. In the case of CD the activity decrease was statistically significant.
